Ranges:

• Classic: this selection includes our finest entry level cheeses and cold cuts.

Ex of classic cheeses: Comte 4/6 months, Manchego, Brie (usually de Meaux) and a blue cheese (Bleu d’Auvergne).

• Premium: this selection includes high end cheese and charcuterie products.

ex of premium cheeses: Brie with summer truffle, L’artisan chèvre miel & thym, Roquefort, Comte18 months and bigger platters will have a cheese in the kind of a Valençay.

Sizes:

• Small: 400-500Gr / 2 to 4 persons
• Medium: 900-1Kg / 4 to 6 persons
• Large: 1.3-1.6Kg / 6 to 8 persons
