Our Dutch Milk Fed Veal Escalope is a soft and tender piece of meat with little fat that is cut from the topside of Dutch calves. You can stuff the meat with mushrooms and cream cheese, you can cook it in Marsala sauce or you can also serve it plain with a drizzle of olive oil.
Our Dutch Milk Fed Veal Breaded Schnitzel is a crispy and exquisite version of the Veal Escalope. You can serve it with a mushroom sauce and some buttered parsley potatoes, a simple potato salad, or French fries. But you can also serve it as a cordon bleu ! You just need some good cheese and ham to stuff it with.
