Product: The conference pear is the most produced variety in Europe. It has an elongated shape and a thick skin with a green-yellow color. Its flesh, its taste is fragrant and slightly acidic. It is a juicy pear!

It is not by chance that the Conference pear is called so. It won the first prize at the International Pear Conference in London in 1895.
